Senkaku Islands or Diaoyu Islands

Sure you all heard about the Senkaku or Diaoyu Islands or DiaoYuTai which created a super crisis recently between Japan & China with Taiwan!
But I'm just wondering why they are fighting for it??? What are the advantages on this islands??? Because of the Natural Resources? Because of the United State?

Okay I've go through a few history detail on this Senkaku Islands, below are the few points which caused the "Tragedy" between China & Japan for fighting to get this "empty" islands:
1) Senkaku Islands located with a strategy geography position which enable United State & Japan to block China from the Ocean's Strategic closure line. From this also US & Japan will have a control in Maritime Jurisdiction areas.
2) This islands contained much of the Natural Resources such as Mn, Cobalt, Nickel, Natural Gas, Mineral, fisheries resources and etc.
3) Rich with seabed resources and aquatic resources that will give advantages to fisherman especially It is the abalone, sea cucumber, conch, scallops, crabs, seaweed and various ideal place to fish multiplication.
4) Potential to become a great & famous Scenic Spot/Place for the amazing sea views and activities.

KLSE will break 1.5k points! So What? So What?

I'm sure a lot of Malaysians will now talk about our share market KLSE as the hot topic since KLSE going to hit 1.5k points soon!!
It "looks" really great since our stock market index keep increasing which normally people take it as to reflect the economy recovering......

So from the key point, we could make a conclusion from the recent KLSE higher index which is Malaysia economy was fully recovered from crisis!?!? Malaysians are getting the high income!?!?!? Less unemployment rates?!?!?! Our new PM is doing well on economy reformation?!?!?!
But as 1 of the "1Malaysian", we definitely know IT IS NOT TRUE and TRUTH!!!!!!!
Below are the explanations:
1) We knew that the KLSE index getting higher & higher is because it just focus on 30 "blue chip" stocks rather than previously 100 of the "blue chip" stocks performances.

2) Some more previously when our KLSE had the hot market and nice index on year 2000, the volume is super higher (30-40Billions) compare to now even hitting 1.5 points but still stay at less 10Billions volume :P

3) The index will getting high is because our government just focus on pushing it up instead of take good care to the entire stock market. We can see it from the market now is only the "blue chips" or government linked share will be recovered but a lot of the share still considered "under water" because more than 80% of the total KLSE's stock still below RM1.00 which classified as penny stocks!

4) KLSE "achieved" the lowest foreign investors rate this year as broke the year 2009 lowest record!! :) No more new foreign investor come to Malaysia and invest to our KLSE stock market! Foreigners rather go to our neighbor countries like Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam.

5) Our "Barang Naik" government still keeping protects some of the government linkage KLSE companies which has impacted to the "free & open" market policy and also blocking the related companies from improvements!

So from above critical points, are we still comfortable with just the "highest index" of KLSE?? Are Malaysians still feel good with their economy?? Are we better now if KLSE already breaks 1500 points of index?
If really KLSE breaks the 1500 points...So what? So What? So what? Because it wont really reflect our "QUALITIES" and reflect our "PERFORMANCES"!!!

PKR Direct Elections: Zaid or Azmin?

The Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) direct elections for its top leadership positions will be taken place from Oct 31 to Nov 21! For the first time PKR scheduled on November & it is attracting a lot of attention including from within and outside with few issues that ranging from nepotism, personal attacks to dynastic politics......

The most hottest position definitely is the deputy president position which has been attracted Zaid Ibrahim and Azmin Ali that have been announced to be contested in this deputy presidency.......The war is begin now :)

Okay from two contestants above, which one is your favorite?  For me who become the winner will be same......as long as PKR needs to be stronger than now and become more stable then only Rakyat confident to give fully supports to them in order to go to Putrajaya as take over the Malaysia Government!!!

Zaid? Azmin?? Zaid??? Azmin????

The 13th Election is coming?

Malaysia will hold the 13th Public Election soon?!?!?!?!
Opposition party "Pakatan Rakyat" (PR) leadership has been invoked its members of party's combination (PKR, PAS & DAP) to be ready on the incoming public election that expected will be fallen about 6 months from now...

Yes, PR need to be prepared well & fights with the "Barang Naik" government in order to take over Putrajaya and bring entire Malaysian to have a great "reformation"!!!!!

Beside political parties need to be ready, as Malaysian we also have the responsibility to "move" ourself to register as official election voter as well as put your critical vote to the party that you confident for. But definitely is not vote to "Barang Naik" party :P

Yup, Election we're waiting for you for the REFORMATION!!!!

Now is YouTube Instant

Just read a news: one Stanford student Feross Aboukhadijeh in a nod to the recent unveiling of Google Instant, he has created a "real-time" search engine for YouTube videos......

It calls YouTube Instant with link http://ytinstant.com/
This folk just spent 3 hours to completed this YT-Instant but he does not satisfied since he'd bet with his friends to build YT-Instant in an hour!
By the accomplishment, Aboukhadijeh has been awarded a job offer from YouTube CEO Chad Hurley!

Okay, how this YT-Instant works?
Similar with G-Instant once you hit keystroke for the first word, it will search in very fast way and shows you the instant videos based-on the predictions criteria.
Another so called "THE BEST" feature in YT-Instant is the most top favorite video from the prediction lists will be played automatically once you hit the keystroke word by word...

Amazing works from Aboukhadijeh!!!!
